Small-scale cottages are nestled in a coastal wooded glen in this North Carolina resort designed by architect/planners Chuck Dietsche and Dan Costa. The central shared green space anchors a community of asymmetrically-sited vacation homes connected by curving trails and beachy boardwalks.
